The plot is divided into two parts,both of them to have a differential experience spaces in landscape. The first part has luxurious resort like spaces.The second part is basically an orchard with a village theme.

With palms,water bodies,lawn,swimming pool with infinity edge ,graphical lawn,gazebo,juice bar counter and zen garden,the part 1 has design much more neat and clean with straight lines.The second part has more organic nature with curvilinear walkways ,dense plantation of native trees and fruit orchards.
